This mod has been out for a while, but i thought i should post it anyway. Im linking along with this post the Halo: Reach modded GPD. This GPD is for offline use only, you don't want to use it online of risk of getting banned. The GPD unlocks all armor, attachments, and gives you 2billion credits.
The Programs you will need are:
Xport 360/USB Explorer
Modio
Le Fluffie

In the tutorial they use a USB but this mod can still be done with a Transfer Cable.
